Wellness On Wings is an online booking platform that connects clients with verified wellness service providers such as therapists, beauticians, and wellness practitioners.

Is Wellness On Wings available nationwide?

Yes. Providers operate in selected areas of South Africa. Availability depends on your location and the services offered nearby.

Is Wellness On Wings safe to use?

Yes. All providers are verified, payments are secured via PayFast, and reviews help maintain trust and transparency.

For Clients

How do I book a service?

Browse providers, choose a service, select your date and time, complete payment, and your booking will be confirmed instantly.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed securely via PayFast and held until the service is completed. This protects both clients and providers.

What is the cancellation policy?

Clients must cancel at least 12 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Late cancellations incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Can I leave a review?

Yes. After a completed booking, you can leave an honest review to help other clients make informed decisions.

For Service Providers

Who can register as a provider?

Currently, Wellness On Wings registers qualified wellness service practitioners only. All applications are subject to approval.

How long does approval take?

Provider applications are reviewed within a few business days. You will be notified by email once approved.

How do providers get paid?

Payments are released via PayFast once the service has been successfully completed, minus the applicable platform commission.

What fees does Wellness On Wings charge?

A 20% commission is charged on completed bookings. Subscription packages may also be available.

Can I choose where I work?

Yes. Providers can select their service areas and choose between mobile services or fixed business locations.

Support & Disputes

What happens if there is a dispute?

Clients and providers should first try to resolve disputes directly. If unresolved, Wellness On Wings will mediate and make a final decision.
