1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Wellness On Wings booking and payment system.
"WOW" refers to Wellness On Wings (Pty) Ltd.
"Solopreneur" refers to a wellness professional marketing their services on the Platform.
"Service Provider" refers to the operational role of the Solopreneur within the Platform.
"Independent Service Provider" refers to the legal classification of all Solopreneurs.
"Client" refers to an end user booking services through the Platform.

2. Relationship Between Parties

2.1 Solopreneurs listed on the Platform operate as Independent Service Providers.

2.2 Nothing in this agreement constitutes an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship.

2.3 WOW acts solely as a booking, payment facilitation, and administrative intermediary.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Solopreneurs must provide accurate personal, professional, and banking information.

3.2 WOW reserves the right to request verification documents, including FICA and background checks.

3.3 WOW may approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

4. Services

4.1 Solopreneurs are solely responsible for the delivery, quality, safety, and legality of their services.

4.2 All services must be accurately described, including pricing and any additional mobile service fees.

4.3 Solopreneurs must supply their own equipment, materials, and transport.

5. Bookings & Availability

5.1 Solopreneurs are responsible for maintaining accurate availability via their Service Provider Dashboard.

5.2 Acceptance of a booking constitutes a binding commitment to render the service.

6. Fees & Commission

6.1 WOW operates on a commission-based model.

6.2 A 20% commission is deducted from completed bookings.

6.3 Commission covers platform access, administration, and payment facilitation.

7. Payments

7.1 All payments are processed through Payfast.

7.2 Solopreneurs must register independently with Payfast.

7.3 WOW is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

8.1 Clients may cancel up to 12 hours prior to a booking for a full refund.

8.2 Late cancellations incur a 20% cancellation fee, distributed as follows:

10% to the Service Provider
10% to WOW for administrative costs

8.3 Refund disputes will first be addressed between Client and Service Provider. If unresolved, WOW will mediate and make a final decision.

9. Conduct & Compliance

9.1 Solopreneurs must conduct themselves professionally at all times.

9.2 Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or breach may result in suspension or termination from the Platform.

10. Liability

10.1 WOW is not liable for the acts or omissions of Independent Service Providers.

10.2 Solopreneurs indemnify WOW against all claims arising from their services.

11. Termination

11.1 WOW may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11.2 Solopreneurs may terminate their account at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
